Bruce Irvine

Bruce Irvine has been a director of MARAC since 2003.  He is also Chairman of Pyne Gould Corporation and Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Bryan Mogridge

Director

Bryan Mogridge became a director of MARAC in 1992. He is also a director of Pyne Gould Corporation and Perpetual Group. He is a member of the Risk Committee and Remuneration and Appointments Committees.

He has many years’ experience in chief executive and senior management positions, along with governance experience as a director of NZSX-listed companies since 1984.

Jeff Greenslade

Chief Executive Officer

Jeff joined MARAC as Chief Executive Officer in 2009 and is responsible for the strategy and operational delivery of all aspects of MARAC's business. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in December 2009.

Jeff brings to this position 20 years experience as a senior executive in the ANZ National Banking Group, where he last held the position of Managing Director of Corporate and Commercial Banking for ANZ National Bank.  From 2003 until May 2008 he spent time on the board of UDC Finance.  Jeff has also held a number of senior positions in the Institutional and Capital Markets areas of the National Bank of New Zealand and its subsidiary Southpac.

Michelle Smith

Independent Director

Michelle is a professional director who previously held senior positions with Goldman Sachs and Ernst and Young in London. She has extensive experience in banking, particularly risk management and transactional processing.

Michelle was appointed a director in February 2010. She is also a member of the Risk Committee.

John Harvey

Independent Director

John is a director with considerable financial services experience. He has 35 years of professional experience, including 23 as a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was Managing Partner in Auckland for 8 years and retired in June 2009 to concentrate on directorships.

John was appointed a director in February 2010. He is also Chairman of the Risk Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
