Executive Management Team
Jeff Greenslade
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff joined MARAC as Chief Executive Officer in 2009 and is responsible for the strategy and operational delivery of all aspects of MARAC's business. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in December 2009.
Jeff brings to this position 20 years experience as a senior executive in the ANZ National Banking Group, where he last held the position of Managing Director of Corporate and Commercial Banking for ANZ National Bank. From 2003 until May 2008 he spent time on the board of UDC Finance. Jeff has also held a number of senior positions in the Institutional and Capital Markets areas of the National Bank of New Zealand and its subsidiary Southpac.
Sean Kam
Chief Financial Officer
Sean in his role as Chief Financial Officer of PGC and MARAC has responsibility for the Group’s financial reporting and accounting functions as well as ensuring that the business operates best practice compliance standards.
Sean has more than 18 years experience in senior finance positions, predominantly in the banking sector in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Directly prior to joining PGC he was the Chief Operating Officer and a director of ABN AMRO New Zealand, preceded by roles at Merrill Lynch New Zealand and BZW Barclays New Zealand.
Craig Stephen
Chief Investment Officer
Craig Stephen in his role of Chief Investment Officer of MARAC and PGC is responsible for treasury, capital raising, investors, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Stephen ran a successful consultancy business over the past five years, prior to which he held a variety of senior positions in both the banking (Westpac) and corporate sectors (Fonterra). He is member of the Institute of Directors; is a former board member of the NZ Society of Corporate Treasurers and Institute of Finance Professionals of New Zealand; and currently holds the status of Certified Finance and Investment Professional.
David Battersby
General Manager Business
David has worked at MARAC for more than 15 years. In his role as General Manager Commercial, David oversees all activity within this division.
More than 20 years in the finance industry gives David a great depth of experience. His career has spanned two trading banks as well as a number of senior management positions at AGC Finance before joining MARAC.

Chris Flood
General Manager Personal
Chris knows MARAC well after spending nine years with us, the last four managing the motor division. Although Chris has specialised in motor vehicle finance, he also has a broad base of commercial and property finance experience, both with MARAC and other companies. He has worked with motor vehicle dealers over the last 20 years, bringing a depth of experience to his current role.

Alan Williams
Group Head of Product and Distribution Development
Alan as Group Head of Product and Distribution Development is responsible for all of PGC's businesses (including MARAC) product develoment, integration and distribution opportunities. Alan joined MARAC in 2001 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer for PGC in 2005, a role he carried out in addition to leading MARAC’s Finance, Treasury and IT teams.
Alan developed his talents in 25 years of finance at a senior level with several of New Zealand’s largest corporates before bringing his expertise to MARAC and PGC.

Mark Mountcastle
Chief Risk Officer
Mark brings over 20 years experience in banking and finance. He is responsible for managing all areas of risk for the business using his experience to guide controls in the approval, review, collections and recovery areas.
He has an extensive background in risk, originally in the credit area, and now applies these skills to a wider risk framework covering the measurement, management and reporting of risk throughout MARAC’s business to ensure it is a function embedded in day to day operations.
